steamboat bbq (:
reached home at around 11pm today.
shouldn't be blogging now but i just wanna remember this day. so.. mixed with emotions.
jasmine maychew yeelin elaine and i had been looking forward to today since long time ago! hahah. cos today was the arranged day we were supposed to have steamboat together! hee. (:
okay. this whole week had been so.. hectic? i dunno. hahaha.
so yep. ih presentation is done (:

i dunno how to put this.
either way, i don't sound right.
i don't know how to put them down into words.
but i shall try.
like a burning candle.
it burns with the flame.
and when someone comes and blow the flame away,
it'll be gone.
the candle will be left there, stagnant.
until someone comes along and reignite the flame.
then it'll start burning again.
but gradually, the candle shortens and before we know it,
it'll be reduced to nothing but wax.
omg. wasn't really what i meant.
so incoherant. nvm.
the gist is there :)
you know today during the last parade,
i was at the back staring at the pillar.
and when the ex-ncos were scolding the year ones and twos,
i suddenly felt like a cadet again.
dunno why.

haha so after our ccas today, jasmine maychew yeelin elaine and i went to turf city for our steamboat bbq dinner! YAY :)
food food and more food! hahah. GREEDY. i took so much food :( and we couldn't really tahan having to finish our food. hee. cos there's this fine imposed on unfinished food. RAHHH. but we buried that little bit of unfinished food left in the end (:
i still can feel the food being deposited inside my stomach. gosh. eat so much.
okay anyway! we started eating at around 7 plus and left the place at around 10. you know when i was trying to pour all the food into the soup for boiling, i think i accidentally spilled some onto the hotplate and it was on fire la! XIA SI WO. it was really on fire. but the five of us just sat at the table and laughed, too amused. the guys at the other table were staring at the result of our clumsiness, laughing away too (they never even show any intention of wanting to help us put out the fire -.-'' hahah). then elaine threw an icecube into the hotplate and we started blowing at the fire. hee. so in the end, pro us put out the fire! and we changed the hotplate :D
and in the midst when elaine and yeelin went out to walk walk a while to digest their food (so that they can come back and finish the unfinished food), jasmine maychew and i were debating about the nature of human.

halfway when we were debating, we mentioned shiyun yeelin and steffi. (so random). i guess we were rather bent on our arguments and jasmine and i started tearing halfway. rahhh.
not a sign of weakness.
just being that little bit sentimental and open with our feelings.
i know the world's unfair.
i know of the ugly acts human beings can do.
but still,
i really think the world's a beautiful place.
maybe like what maychew said, we are being idealistic.
but i really think that nice people exist.
and when i say nice people, i mean people who are really true.
vague meaning. but jasmine understands. (:
people whom i think deserves to be protected and if i have the ability to,
i will do that.
we both get maychew's point.. the fact that people change and we won't know if the nice people we've been "labelling" all the while suddenly turn their backs and do/say unexpected stuff. maychew says she experienced something like that.. that's why she thinks the world is ugly, everyone's so fake. i cannot deny. but i don't admit it either.
i experienced the same thing too,
but still,
i would prefer to think that the world's a beautiful place.

i think i know why jasmine cried too.
the same reason i guess.
though all the analogies said were fictional.
i dunno why.

so when elaine and yeelin came back from their walk,
and found jasmine and i tearing,
i know they were very affected.
especially dearest yeelin! can tell one lor.
but wo men liang ge really OKAY la! :D
but we had fun cooking and eating!!
hee and when we wanted to leave the place with the ice cream in our hands, we found that it was drizzling. it was so dark. at first the drizzle was quite okay. but after a few seconds, the drizzle got slightly bigger so we decided to finish our ice cream indoors first before walking to the bus stop. [you know from the inside of turf city to the main road, the road is so so so lonnngggg.] yep. and even after we finished eating our ice cream, it was still drizzling! so we decided to walk to the main road in the rain :) cos it was getting late and due to the fact that it was really dark (so we walked slowly) and the road was really long, we were drenched. look so lang bei la. haha.
sorry elaine and yeelin if we scared you! but we really love yall a lot lor. hahah.
