year threes had their second informal takeover yesterday.

need i say more about the year 2s and 1s drill.
i really dont know why it's so hard for them to give us smth good during drill.
maybe cos im not in their shoes.
but even so,
i may not understand.
year 3s,
i know yall are exasperated.
i know yall are very fed up.
your faces show it all.
you have all the right to get fed up, to get exasperated, to get annoyed. but the point is even so, you still have to speak up and tell your cadets what is wrong. no use getting upset over everything at one side about cadets' drill and this is all you can do. do something about it. tell them. scold them. made them learn. im not saying scolding is the best way to make your cadets learn but when they dont get you when you talk to them, when they dont correct whatever they have to correct when you tell them, scold. make them know that yall are running out of patience. make them know that yall are very angry at them. make them learn and do it the way yall want them to.
footdrill is seriously not about tender loving care. even when cadets break down on parade ground (which i often do in the past, sad to say.. ), it's not time to shower love and care on them. cannot believe im saying this but ya.
i think i'm becoming more and more inhumane.
